You may request deletion of your personal data at any time via our reshade support team, except data we are legally required to keep (transaction records, for example). We will respond to deletion requests within 14 days.

We at reshade use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) to protect data in transit from your device to our servers. Your password is hashed using a cryptographic function so we cannot read it even if our database were compromised. Our database is encrypted at rest and backed up daily to a secure, geographically separated location.

Our reshade servers may be located outside Indonesia. When you use reshade from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, your data may be transferred to servers in other countries for processing and storage.
